We collect information you provide directly (account registration, billing) and information generated by your use of the Service.

• Account data: Email address, name, password hash
• Usage data: Session counts, API calls, feature usage
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we never store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and send billing notifications
• Send product updates and security notices
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers (Stripe, Clerk, Supabase) under data processing agreements; law enforcement when legally required; acquirers in a business transaction (with notice to you).

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active plus 30 days after deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-first, no tracking cookies) for usage metrics. We do not use advertising or fingerprinting cookies.
