Terms of Service

Last updated: April 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISP ("the Service"), operated by AISP Network, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AISP provides an open protocol and hosted infrastructure for AI session interoperability. The protocol specification is licensed under CC-BY-4.0. Hosted services including the AISP Hub, dashboard, and relay network are governed by these terms.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any closed-source components
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code

5. Pricing and Payment

Public launch purchases may be handled through Stripe-hosted checkout, payment links, or invoice after intake approval. Lower SaaS pricing is intended for post-proof self-serve expansion and does not imply immediate broad self-serve availability. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. The Community tier is free and has no payment obligation.

6. Assisted Beta and Implementation Services

Assisted onboarding, founder setup, and Pitt Suite implementation sprint purchases cover the deliverables stated during intake, such as a setup call, onboarding checklist, first protocol workflow, and first-value proof. They do not include unlimited custom engineering, legal or compliance advice, security certification, tax advice, or company-formation advice unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Refunds, Cancellation, and Support Boundaries

Refund eligibility is evaluated before implementation work begins. After kickoff, refunds exclude delivered setup time, custom configuration, completed implementation work, third-party fees, and any services already consumed. Beta support is bounded to the agreed beta window, documented support channel, and first-value workflow; production SLAs, custom support terms, and enterprise obligations require a separate written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The AISP protocol specification is CC-BY-4.0. All other Service content, trademarks, and software are owned by the Company. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses (primarily Apache 2.0).

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
